Tactics & Strategy is not appearing in my research center . Even I am at level 23. How to fix this issue…?
you can hold your mouse (or your finger) on a special operation the yellow dots) then is at the right top a target whit the tekst tactical and strategic researches when you tap or click on it you will see te reaserches
